DII/PI Mk. 14 Mod 5 Drakus Light Machine Gunby ~aaapi

This is PiTech HQ's modification of Draconis Industries International MK14 Mod 5 LMG. Built to have the feel and lighter weight of a sniper rifle, it has undergone various changes:

The bipod is now spiked and can dig into the ground, offsetting the effects of recoil when in prone position on relatively flat terrain or entrenched.

A fire selector has been added to the middle of the receiver, allowing for 700RPM automatic fire, 0.2 second delay semi-automatic fire, and a safety.

A magazine catch has been added close to the trigger, to expedite reloading, as well as an internal mechanism that automatically unloads empty magazines.

A special gas system has been installed that pushes gases out of a point between the magwell and trigger, making the gun lighter in your hands as you fire.

The stock is now specially shaped, folding, and adjustable.

A suppressor/muzzle brake combination has been secured on top of the barrel.

The forward grip has been moved to a more manageable position, and the handguard attached to it now has the PiTech Black signature on the side.

The scope on top has been replaced with a new favorite of mine. It uses an electromagnet locking system, and is far more effective than the old one.

It has been constructed of aircraft-grade aluminum, for lightweight durability. The firing pin and other high-velocity internals are made of pure titanium for performance. However, this stuff was expensive, but that's not an issue, considering the number built. :/

Unfortunately, defenses other than massive walls have not yet been constructed for this area and an EMP Pulse erased the prototype, so only two copies were actually able to be built. One has been airlifted via autopiloted XRS27 Sprinter to Draconis Industries International Headquarters. Because the location is unknown, a password to the GPS has been provided.

it's actually uses

's mk14 mod 5 as a base. I just made external changes. Check out his stuff, he's got the unedited version of this and a whole lot more stuff.
